SHIPPING POLICY
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.
Please examine your package before signing for it.
All orders will be sent out through the US POSTAL service.
• Standard Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
• Holiday Processing & Shipping: During holidays, orders may take 7-10 business days to process and ship.
• Major Sales & Peak Seasons: Please note that processing times may be extended during major holidays and sales events due to high order
volume.
We only ship product to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with you ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm.
Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure every order is carefully prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Allow 5 TO 7 days to process and ship your order. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions
UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT
You may exchange for the same purchase price if contacted within 3 business days of delivery. Hair must be in the original state cannot altered and must be returned in original packaging. There is a $20 per item restocking fee for ALL exchanges. Return shipping must be paid by customer.
